The primary idea of Mostra P+LUGAR is to create a place for meeting, exchange and sharing, where connections between artists of Dance and Music occur, connecting the senses towards a creative bodily and musical poetics. Hence, mixing textures and sensations, through Improvisation as a scenic result. Respecting, of course, social distancing and all health protocols, necessary due to the endemic disease of COVID-19.
The Mostra P+LUGAR, was conceived by João Andreazzi, in 2007, as one of the artistic actions of the program, from the former headquarters of Cia. Corpos Nômades, the Espaço Cênico O LUGAR, located in the lower augusta city of São Paulo, dedicated to contemporary music. There were several editions with musicians from different locations in Brazil, some of which were international.
P+LUGAR 2021, brings together contemporary music and dance, in two face-to-face meetings involving 04 music artists and 6 dance artists, which were recorded on the stage of Teatro João Caetano in SP on 15 and 16 September/21, where Improvisation operates and triggers the scenic result, it will be the recording of these face-to-face meetings, captured by various cameras, which will be shown on the social networks of the Teatros and Cia. Corpos Nômades.
This artistic action is part of the “Actions of Corpos Nomads in Other Places” project, and was included in the PROAC Expresso Lei Aldir Blanc Notice 48-B/2020, for History in Achievement in Dance.
Cia. Corpos Nômades held the last “P-LUGAR” Show in 2017, on the occasion of Ten years of Espaço Cênico O LUGAR, which unfortunately closed at the end of 2019, after almost 13 years of intense activity.
In this edition, 156 were registered, unfortunately, only 10 dance and music artists can be invited, 02 of whom are part of Cia. Corpos Nômades.

Contemporary Music: Heri Brandino, Loop B, Facundo Estefanell and João Minatti.
Cia. Corpos Nômades is a contemporary dance-theater company, which has been in existence for over 20 years, whose creator and artistic director is João Andreazzi, from São Paulo, who during the 12 years of constant activities in the former headquarters of the Company. Scenic Space O LUGAR, on Rua Augustacidade de São Paulo, conceived several shows and various artistic actions, connected with the training, creation and dissemination of scenic arts and contemporary music. As well as the P+LUGAR Show, the Midnight Session I Look at them and Nelas, the Lugar Nomad Dance Show, Lugarização Art Residency, etc. Cia. Corpos Nômades has received several awards and contributions during its course, such as APCA (Paulista Theater Association), Funarte Award, O Boticário na Dança, Petrobras Cultural, Dance Stimulus Award São Paulo State Government, Rumos Itaú Cultural, among others. Andreazzi and Corpos Nômades also participated in important Festivals of the Performing Arts, such as: Porto Alegre em Cena – 1995, Netherlands Dance Dag – Netherlands 1998, Official Exhibition of the Curitiba Festival-2001, SESC-2000 Dance Biennial, La Travessier no Paris Museum of Modern Art – 2000, Balaio Brasil Exhibition SESC-SP-2001, Mediterranean International Exhibition of Arts – 2005, Dance in Pauta Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil – RJ and SP, etc.

Loop B (Lourenço Prado Brasil) is a composer, musician, improviser, soundtrack creator, performer and art educator. His compositions are done digitally and the percussion plays live over the electronics. He released 7 albums, the first in 92. Instruments he uses live: gas tank played with a drill, traffic light cone, washing machine, toy sword, etc. He worked with: João Andreazzi (Corporate Nômades), Mariana Muniz, Eliana de Santana, Fernando Machado, Diadema Dance Company, Mario Nascimento, Nina Giovelli, Thais Ponzoni, Luciana Hoppe, Vanessa Macedo and Rio Preto Dance Company.
Heri Brandino has a master’s degree in percussion from UFMG and a graduate of UNESP, the percussionist was also part of the Master’s at McGill University, Montreal. He is currently professor of percussion at the School of Music of the State of São Paulo (EMESP) and in the postgraduate course in Brazilian percussion at Faculdade Santa Marcelina. His musical activity includes several languages, including concert music, contemporary, popular, improvisation and multi-language projects.
Facundo Estefanell, Uruguayan double bass player, researches classical music, tango, candombe and stands out as a composer and instrumentalist in the jazz scene in Rio de Janeiro, recently releasing his album TAPE, available on Spotify.
He was first double bass in the Cesgranrio Symphony Orchestra and performed in the Rio de Janeiro Municipal Theater Symphony Orchestra and YOA Symphonic Orchestra of the Americas, touring in Germany, Spain, France and Canada and played in the Sodré Symphony Orchestra. He collaborated with several artists on the world stage, played on stages such as: Rock in Rio, Rio das Ostras Jazz and Blues, Festival SESC Jazz.
João Minatti is a composer, pianist and teacher. His music mixes different musical styles, ranging from minimalist to erudite, passing through neoclassical and jazzy. His experiments are always looking for harmonic and melodic formats, with great simplicity and influences from Brazil and other parts of the world, bringing with them the art of improvisation inspired by jazz, so that he can compose in real time. He has released three solo Piano albums, where he seeks to explore different sounds and timbres within the instrument itself.
Rafael Abreu began his training in dance in 2002 in the city of Guarulhos SP. As a dancer and creative interpreter he was part of the cast of Cias: Raça Cia de Dança; Cláudia de Souza Dance Company; Diadema Dance Company; Point of Inflexion (Mexico); Quasar Dance Company; Virtual Dance Company. Currently develops his work as an independent artist.
Carlos Veloso is a director, choreographer and interpreter-creator of the arts of the body. Master in Social History of Dance from the Federal University of São Paulo and since 2016, he took over the direction of Coletivo and Espaço Cultural Corpos Falantes. He was a dancer at Raça Cia de Dança (2012 to 206), at Rumos Cia Experimental de Dança (from 2015 to 2017), at Anacã Cia de Dança (2017) and is currently part of Companhia de Danças de Diadema since 2018. cultural library of the body in 2017. He is a professor of contemporary dance, improvisation, and body awareness.
Manuela Arangubel is a dancer and contemporary dance teacher, with Venezuelan nationality. She is currently living and working in the city of São Paulo. She studied modern, contemporary dance and performance art at Núcleo Valencia (VE), Folkwang University of the Arts (DE), École de Sables (SN) and P.A.R.T.S. (BE). Since her arrival in Brazil in 2015, she has worked with Clarice Lima, Jorge Garcia, Ricardo Neves and Henrique Lima. In 2019, she participated in the intensive 60 DAYS improvisation with Venezuelan professor David Zambrano, in Brussels and was part of the cast of the work AGE, directed by Zambrano. He is a practitioner of Aikido and Parkour.
Manoella Brunelli is a classical dancer by training in Porto Alegre, she completed professional training in NY at Escola Alvin Ailey. She started her trajectory at Cia. Porto Alegre de Dança, going through residency at Escuela Nacional del Sodre de Danza in 2015 and Fundacion Julio Bocca. Currently free lancer in São Paulo, he works in companies and independent projects such as Ivaldo Bertazzo in the project “Dancer Citizen” 2017, Mercearia de Ideias by Luiz Fernando Bongiovanni from 2017-2019, creation process of the performance “Please Like me” by Ricardo Gali. She participated in Intensive with Batsheva Dance company in Tel Aviv-Dec / 2018 and graduated in Laban Technique in 2019. She currently participates in projects with Luiz Fernando Bongiovanni and Henrique Lima in “Fundo Falso”.

Rossana Boccia – Graduated from Escola Municipal de Bailados in 1994, in the same year she joined the cast of Watt’s Cia de Dança, under the direction of Nilson Soares, where she remained until 1998. In 2002 she joined the cast of Pults Teatro Choreográfica , under the direction of Marcelo Bucoff and Jorge Garcia. From 2004 to 2012, she joined the cast of Cisne Negro Cia de Dança, under the direction of Hulda Bittencourt. In 2013, she was invited to join the cast of the Núcleo Omstrab de Dança Contemporânea, under the direction of Fernando Lee. In 2015 she is also part of Cia Band Um, under the direction of Vagner Cruz, where she performs the show F4-Cicatrizes. In 2017, she joins Cia Corpos Nômades, under the direction of João Andreazzi.
Rebeca Tadiello – dance artist residing in São Paulo – SP. Graduated in Social Communication-Public Relations from ECA-USP, she works in the independent scene in São Paulo, working in dance companies and also teaching contemporary dance classes in schools in the city. Since 2016, she has been developing a research that focuses on the body as a universe of possible movements. In 2019, she completed a scientific initiation research (FAPESP grant) carried out at the Department of Performing Arts at ECA-USP; She works-worked in the companies/groups: Siameses Laboratory, Tentacle Nucleus, However, Cia Corpos Nômades, Choreographic Handling Laboratory, Cia da Vila. / Solo works developed and presented: “6As” – solo performance; “TEST”. She is currently directing the project “Ensaios sobre um triz.
